For Indian Nationals, when traveling within India, one must possess a valid Photo ID issued by the Government of India – Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, etc. When traveling abroad one should possess Passport which is valid for minimum 6 months at the time of complete travel.  However while traveling to Nepal a valid voter ID is acceptable for Indian Nationals.

Yes. It is advisable that you buy a comprehensive medical / travel insurance in advance from your country before travelling.

As on date there is no need of any vaccination except for travelers going to / coming from Africa, South America need yellow fever vaccinations.  Subject to change until any further updates from the concerned authorities.

We give full assistance in filing your required visa like – filling up application forms as per the personal information provided by you, taking appointments and preparing your file.  However the final decision whether the visa is to be granted or not will be at the Discretion of the Embassy / High Commission / Concerned immigration authority.

We need an advance amount before making the necessary bookings.  Once we are able to confirm all the arrangements for the tour, balance payment should be clear before we handover the package to you. The amount depends on the services you may require for the tour. This can be paid through bank transfer (before departure) credit card, or cash. The exact terms will be given at the time of reservation.

We shall do our best to make changes as per your request with nominal service charges, however a penalty may also be charged by principal suppliers for making these changes.

We provide from Standard 3* hotels to Luxury 5* hotels.  We can also arrange for you self-serviced apartments and Villas at certain destinations. 

We will advise you some selected hotels before making the bookings, however please note hotels are subject to availability at time of reservation. If your selected hotel is not available, we will advise you a similar available hotel before making the reservation.

You will be greeted by our supplier representative at airport on your arrival. He shall be holding a placard of your name for identification. We shall also provide you list of emergency 24 hours contact numbers for any emergency.
